Justin Swartz was born in Kylemore, Stellenbosch from an entrepreneurial family. He is the first to graduate as an Advocate in Kylemore and has progressed to become businessman of note. Cape Equity and its shareholders has thus far benefitted from the knowledge and expertise Justin acquired over the years. He has formed various joint ventures and property development projects with co-shareholders and community members. Justin is one of the property moguls that will drive the property portfolio of Cape Equity to unimaginable heights.

He is 44-year-old male residing at 8 Dawn Crescent, De Wijnlanden Estate. Married to Shaakiera Swartz and have two daughters aged eight (10) and five (7) years old. As a self-employed business man his primary business is property development and investment. He is actively involved in his family business, Swartz Bus Services and an investor and/or shareholder in various other businesses and ventures.
